  They may know what their doing, i cant say about that. My issue was when i called in the next to to clarify what has been done to my dog, receipt didnt break down what the vet did to my dog i just had to take their word for it. But since i spoke to a different doctor they had to look up on file.. Was on hold longer than i wasnt. Safe to say this wasted everyone's time. Sad that the front clerk hired to take calls couldnt do anything and a doctor was forced to halt work and deal with me.

  Had to put my 14 year old dog down quickly. Called around and they were the only office to accommodate me. Started with a very professional and empathetic receptionist and once we got there Dr. Taryn was wonderful. Gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. To top it off I received a hand written sympathy card today. I would recommend this clinic. Job well done and thank you!!

  Even mechanics leave detailed description of what was done. Why a vet wouldn't disclose these details to the customer in writing is a bit odd.
