  Thank you to the entire staff at Taylor Jewellers in Collingwood for the amazing and superior service you each have given to my mother, daughter and myself each and every time we’ve had the pleasure of visiting your welcoming store! We have had many pieces of jewellery (eg heirlooms) to be repaired (which were done quickly and exactly as asked). We have greatly appreciated the knowledge, friendliness and willingness to assist us to find exactly what we are looking for which is refreshing and comforting! It’s wonderful to be able to trust a jeweller and his (her?) staff with ALL our jewellery needs!!!!

  Great Customer Service. Very helpful in providing me options for repair of a ring. Did a great job on the repair and ready on budget and ahead of schedule.

  I'm currently nearing the end of my pregnancy, unfortunately my hands have been quite swollen and my wedding ring had to be cut off. The staff were super friendly and reassuring as it was not an easy decision to make. I will definately be back once my hands return to normal and have the ring re-sized.

  Susie and I shop at local stores that provide excellent product and services and who support community charities and services....D C Taylor jewellers goes beyond these criteria. A local family run business that not only has great products, but also provides friendly and helpful service. I don't know how many times I have taken my watch in for re-adjusing and never charged for doing it....One of our favorite places to shop anywhere....Susie and Bud CHristensen

  I honestly have to say, seriously, this is the best jewellery store I've been to in years and years. Really, when you walk in their door, nobody jumps on you for anything. It's comfortable and I find I can just walk around and look at all the beautiful jewellery and also your estate jewellery without feeling like I should hurry and/or buy something. I would suggest your store to anyone looking for a nice jewellery store to shop in. Thank you for being in Collingwood, and thank you too because nobody patronizes you. The staff is friendly and they all know their stuff! ...
