    Strictly based on Customer service. Decent selection in store.

    Sale items are often out of stock. Its like they only ship the store 2 or 3 items for the sale price, and load them up on similar items at regular price. I have walked out of the store so many times empty handed that I have stopped shopping here. I like TSC stores generally but I hate the way they do business! Smaller town stores seem better.
