  I never had bad experience from this DQ.Stuff are helpful and happy.No stress.Just parking entrance is too tight,if there is the car waiting for drive thru.I suggest use the entrance which far side from building entrance,if you are not good driver.

  The place is dirty. The staff is rude and when you order they always forget something. Only visit as its the closest ice cream to my house. Typically travel farther away to get better service.

  Best fries from fast food in collingwood, always busy in the summer. Drive through can get a little dangerous, and you have a lot of goofs who drive into the parking lot the wrong way. Signage would be a plus.

  I was out to lunch with my daughter ( 9) and she had a cheese burger and as she was taking a big bite SHE noticed a hair in her burger so I went up to let them know and I got attitude from a kid behind the counter that wouldn't even look at me he was behind the machines saying they didn't make it they work out front. All 3 kids that were there told me this. All I wanted to do was let them know what had happened. There are people that are not so understanding and polite like i am and that im sure would have put up a big Stink about it. I was good until I got the attitude now I'm not so happy and I don't think I will be going back for sometime. Maybe I will give them a chance in the future but not anytime soon.
