Much quieter than the past. Service was friendly and agreeable. Other local restaurants seem more "exciting"

Starter of calamari was very rubbery and the breading was coming right off. The cheese twists bread was dry and flavorless. The main of fish and chips was borderline undercooked and really flavorless. The curry noodle bowl was good though. Desert donuts were undercooked and still had raw dough. The waitress was extremely nice and very attentive which was probably the only reason I gave more then one star but I would definitely say there are much better options then Kelsey s and I would definately avoid.

After not being able to find parking for a nearby restaurant ended up going to Kelsey's just before 5pm. It was virtually empty but picked up once 5 o'clock rolled around. The interior was warm and cozy, but as it was a very cold day the big window we were seated close to just brought the temperature down. Ordered a regular salt and pepper sized order of chicken wings. They were fried so much that any semblance of meat on the bones were rendered to a desiccated mess. There was no hint of any salt but there were traces of visible, but tasteless, bits of black pepper. My buddy ordered the lemon salmon from the "seasonal" menu and it too was a bland offering. At least the servers were friendly and the beers on tap were good. $32 later I left hungry and vowed never to step into a Kelsey's again.

Loved the fish and chips. Generous portion. Not very accessible for my mobility challenged mother.

Not usually a huge fan of franchise restaurants, but the atmosphere in this Kelsey's was warm and welcoming. Not too busy at lunch time which was great for getting our food quickly.
