  Very poor communication from The Brick that has caused us to cancel our order and purchase with success on line from another source.

  We then received a call saying the furniture would arrive the next Saturday. The following day another call from The Brick said the order would be delayed yet again and they had no idea who placed the call to us the previous day.

  Although they had offered to bring us a "loaner" sofa until the furniture arrived we declined as we didn't want make shift furniture and the interruption of having to move furniture twice in and out of our home.

  This location is way better then Barrie. If u must go to the brick then go here instead of the Barrie location. I picked up a microwave here. The price and eta to pick up were decent.

  Lack of service and professionalism! And their warranty services for purchased items that are still in effect is useless!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS :(

  We had a very bad experience with this store. Ordered living room furniture and was promised a delivery date six weeks from the date of purchase. Several days before the scheduled delivery date I went to the store to confirm the time of delivery and was told we were "bumped" again for 3 more weeks. All without even the courtesy of a phone call.
