  While I love the store itself, I have a huge issue with their delivery system. I went in asking about rechargeable batteries. The young man told me I had a better chance ordering online. Which was fine I mean, whatever. My problem is that the batteries shipped and they never called me to tell me the batteries came in. I just so happened to check my shipping email, see it shipped the day previous and called them to ask.

  I went to the bell store on Hurontario to buy the newest sony xperia phone, but they didn't have any in stock (shocker). So I went to the source since it is an authorized bell reseller. They also did not have any phones in stock, and when I asked for the new sony xperia specifically, which is a $700.00 phone, the workers began trying to convince me to buy a Samsung phone instead. They argued with me, and persisted for almost 10 minutes, even though I made it clear I just came in to buy the xperia. I didn't appreciate the hard sell mansplaining and condescension I received from the three males behind the counter. Yes I'm a female, but I am tech-savvy and did my research on phones before approaching any retailer. Eventually I walked out of the store as they were wasting my time. Won't be returning to this location again. Someone else will get my business.
