  I have been taking our vehicles to Master Mechanic for years, this is the only people I trust to give me an honest diagnosis and fair price. The work has always been done right and in a very timely fashion.

  Was happy with what they did at first.... they told me the part I had to get and even took it out for me... they said once I had the part they would pop in for me, " it will only take 10min I take care of it no problem". So I get the part, go to have him pop it in and now they are changing me another full 30 minutes... $100 for 30 minutes of work... awesome! Now it seems that it's taking much longer... now that I complained, it seems to got more complicated... I booked the time so I could get in and out before I had to go and pick up my kids. I came in 20 minutes early and now have been here for over an hour for an installation that they said originally would take 10 to 15 minutes... Sooo frustrated!

  The runaround song and dance from a dodge dealership and a Canadian tire were suspicious so I tried master mechanic and feel happy to know they were diligent and honest.

  I'm a local business own and I can say that I have had to bite the bullet a few times from employees mistake, to bad they didn't... so instead of having a fan they have a very disappointed customer that will tell everyone that he does business with not to trust Master Mechanic...
