    had to change Banks the service was so bad; the branch manager of the RBC in collingwood , wasaga , and stayner will not return your phone calls or set up a meeting with you , better off doing everything online , also expect them to be friendly when depositing your money but when it comes time to withdraw watch out ! I hope that I am a rare case but I doubt it considering RBCs shady transactions and advice the consumer in the recent past

    Had a bad experience numerous times. Drive-through machine tends to down frequently. The tellers seem to give problematic situations when unneeded. In end result had to end up switching banks.

    Top class bank and a superb building. Very tidy and spacious inside and welcoming staff.

    they never have enough staff!! everytime i go in..three people tops are working the counter and the manager sitting on her A... she just watched the ten people in line for twenty minutes. then!!! the manager will get up after atleast 20 minutes pretend to open a cash and by the time shes done doing that the lines gone!! or we have been waiting 30 min now just to deposit some money
