    Hours not as convenient as other banks in area. Teller staff are friendly and helpful. Office staff can be hard to get a hold of, often not communicating well regarding status of inquiries. Have dealt with them regarding a charity account.

    Ridiculous customer service - sorely lacking in common sense or convenience. It seems that to register as POA (power of attorney) the individual for whom such a thing is necessary must attend. So that means, the elderly people who may have dementia, alzheimers or are physically unable to get out MUST ATTEND. IF they can't then it must be their lawyer. How stupid is that. A witnessed and notarized document isn't enough for these stupid people.

    I think 9:30 is too late to open, its inconvenient for people who start work early mornings, like people who work in Factories, office people!!!

    Most inconvient hours of any bank in the area (9:30am - 5pm). They have great tellers but poor management makes it an unpleasant trip every time I have to go in.
